This is a super cute single level home that could work very well as guest quarters in your back yard. The lay out is nice and functional but can be modified if you were planning to just use for guest. I would beef up the sleeping area and minimize the kitchen. Please enter cost. I would be interested in low cost, off the grid, solar panels, using rainwater, etc. etc. this doesn’t’ look like that. I don’t want to replicate high living!!
