What better way to show the full potential of a tiny home than one that stands at 38′? Additionally, the Rutledge has multiple stylized and functional choices.
The Rutledge Is A Tiny Home Fit With Space For Customization!
The first option given is whether to have a mudroom or a half bath. Both are very different, but useful additions to a home. A larger family may choose the half bath while an adventuring family may wish for the mudroom. I love being able to see different elements shown in similar house plans. The Rutledge proves that there is no right or wrong way to live tiny.
“If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.”
–Wayne Dyer
Between the two versions of the Rutledge you really see how different aesthetics shine. Do you prefer the sleek and modern look or more of the rustic wood look? Personally, I find it a little difficult to choose as both turned out beautiful. I find myself smitten with little details from each. For instance, the storage under the stairs in one home, or the double glass doors in the other.
I think the best way to start your tiny home journey is to absorb as many different styles of homes as possible. This way you can find all of those little details you love and combine them. Consequently, you may just find your perfect match in your search. Additionally, you should remember that you have the power to build and change your own home. Allow yourself to be inspired by all the ways your tiny home can stand out from the rest.
I like kitchen and bathroom. Not sure if I want ladder prefer steps. Or no loft.
