There are a few little unexpected twist to this 30′ tiny home that I believe were added to give a feeling of separateness of space. One is the woodwork panel that hides that staircase to the loft. It makes the bedroom feel more private. The obvious separation is the den or living room. I think I would be more inclined to hang the TV there and keep the space with the fireplace for dining. And one more interesting design choice is the open vanity in the bathroom. They have chosen to put the door just in the toilet area. I think that is pretty cool for an open concept but eliminates a private space to change. Would you have made this choice?
