A 22′ trailer is the perfect size for someone staring out on their own. This one has just enough space to be comfortable without unneeded extras. It even has a washer dryer combo which is essential and an awesome fold out lounge space. I like the cork floors and don’t often see them in a tiny house. I think most people don’t wear shoes in their TH so this adds another layer of comfort. The storage units in the kitchen are open so not sure I’m crazy about that. It would make finding your stuff easier but looks a little messy. What are your thoughts on this? Open or closed storage?
