This 30′ home is super family friendly. Especially if you only have one child. There are 2 lofts and a downstairs bedroom. The lofts are high enough to accommodate sitting areas so can be turned into a home office or TV lounge. I’ thinking the kid downstairs with all their toys and one of the lofts as a super cozy lounge space to get away.
