This home has a different configuration than your traditional layout. For one thing it has a raised living room that sites above a built in washer/dryer and bookcase. I would put a table that would fold onto the wall there for dinning space. It also has a main floor bedroom that you access through the bathroom. Now this is not so unusual but the loft access from the bedroom kinda is.
