This 24′ house has a little secret. The small size is perfect for minimalistic living and comes with a common lay out of two lofts, small, but efficient kitchen and sitting area. But what makes it special is the flex room at the end of the home. Yes, there are tiny homes with a downstairs flex space but I think this on is super cool because of the full length sliding glass doors. What ever you use it for you can open those up and feel like you are outside. If you would like to see more of this home follow the link here to Tiny Mountain House and watch the video.
The space in the back with the sliding glass door.. is that a bedroom? — I have a 12×20 shed I’d like to convert into a full time living space but I just can’t seem to figure the layout out. I’d need a full/queen sized bed with enough room to get around to actually MAKE the bed. (I’m a bigger woman) and it would have to be on the bottom floor for my disabled husband. Then I’d need a bed/play space for my son whos autistic so I’m highly worried about a lofted space. Only way I can work THAT bit in my mind is put him in a loft on each side like this. Bars spaced apart but not enough he could get the idea to jump out and run them all the way up to the top. One being a small bed space and the other being for storage and play. — Any help someone could give me would be highly appreciated. I need as much help as I can get.
